WellCut Tube & Pipemaster

WellCut Tube & PipeMaster products are cutting cell solutions designed for processing various types of pipes.
Our solutions are based on two different core philosophies: either the pipe is rotated by gripping it at the end, or by pressing it between rotation rollers.

Machines that grip the pipe from the end are always dimensioned according to the maximum pipe length, and include dedicated pipe supports as an integral part of the setup. The height and positioning of these supports are adjusted either manually on a case-by-case basis or via pre-programmed automation. With end-grip machines, precise definition of the pipe diameter range is crucial. It is not feasible to cut both very small and very large pipes on the same machine without expensive special arrangements.

Machines that rotate the pipe from underneath offer greater flexibility in terms of pipe diameter, and are less dependent on pipe length. The pipe can be shifted longitudinally during operation, making it possible, for example, to cut a 6-meter pipe using a 3-meter machine. However, this type of machine is suitable only for round pipes — it cannot cut square or rectangular tubing.

There are no standard machine models in this product line — each system is a customer-specific solution, typically based on standard mechanical platforms and components.

What’s essential for both types of systems is their easy and versatile programmability, wide range of thermal cutting capabilities (including marking tools), and significantly higher productivity compared to traditional cutting methods.
