WellCut PICO PRT

WellCut Pico PRT — a true compact powerhouse for production, despite its modest outer dimensions.

It’s a “small machine” built from genuine industrial-grade components, making it an excellent basic tool for continuous thermal cutting operations. At the same time, thanks to its affordable purchase price, it is also well-suited for versatile prototyping, small production batches, and as a backup or rush-production machine.

The machine is available with working dimensions of either 1.5 m × 3 m or 2 m × 3 m. The cutting table and the machine are separate structures, allowing the unit to be equipped with either plasma or oxy-fuel cutting systems depending on your needs. Each delivery includes a robust sectional extraction table with integrated ducting, designed to handle oxy-fuel cutting of plates up to 100 mm thick.

The machine’s travel speed and accuracy are fully sufficient for modern plasma cutting, so it can confidently be equipped with a high-definition plasma system.

The machine is controlled by a modern Eurosoft CNC system, operated through the AW CutControl 19″ touch panel. The 3-axis servo drive system features precision gearboxes and combines Sanyo AC motors with Alpha gearheads, while the Y-axis gantry uses high-precision linear guides. The gantry is protected from cutting splatter and radiant heat from below.

The machine is manufactured in both right-hand and left-hand versions, and we aim to keep at least one unit in stock for rapid delivery.

A special version with 1 m × 2 m working dimensions is also available on request, primarily designed for educational use.
