The P1503 PLASMA series is available with both standard air plasma and fine-beam plasma systems.
The machine features a so-called closed-table frame design, meaning that the machine’s main frame also forms the cutting table itself. This structure offers several advantages: a compact and space-saving footprint, an integrated fume extraction and scrap collection system, and easy access from all sides of the machine.
In the FineLine model series, X-axis motion utilizes lightweight and precise linear guides. The Y-axis movement is built around a modular aluminum beam that integrates the guides, drive, and Y-carriage. FineLine models are always equipped with a 4-axis servo system: two axes for X-motion, one for Y-motion, and one for torch height control. Additionally, the machines include a torch collision protection system for crash situations and an ultra-fast automatic initial height sensing feature.

The typical angularity found in plasma-cut parts has been virtually eliminated, and edge burr is practically nonexistent. For example, using a 150A power source, you can cut materials ranging from 0.5 mm to 20 mm thick (up to 25 mm for mild steel) — whether it’s aluminum, stainless steel, or structural steel.
This machine model has gained significant popularity, especially among manufacturers of HVAC and ductwork components, and is the undisputed market leader in its segment.
In addition to the P1503 model, two other variants are available: P1506 and P2006. These models feature a cutting length of 6 meters, and due to their extended size, they have a significantly reinforced frame structure.
