The Q-Series, developed by Kjellberg Finsterwalde, is designed to meet the highest demands of modern digital production while delivering exceptional plasma cutting performance. It offers outstanding cutting quality, productivity, and above all, consistency and reliability in results. High cutting speeds provide increased efficiency and lower cost per meter cut. The latest inverter technology reduces energy consumption and helps to lower the carbon footprint, contributing to climate protection.

More Power and Future-Proof Performance

To flexibly respond to future requirements, Q1500 and Q3000 systems can be easily upgraded to more powerful configurations. With plug-and-play inverter modules, the cutting current can be increased to 300 A or 450 A. All components are universally compatible across the entire Q-Series, ensuring long-term investment security.

Industry 4.0 Compliant

The Q-Series plasma cutting system fully complies with Industry 4.0 standards. It features Q-Desk, a browser-based HMI interface developed by Kjellberg, allowing real-time monitoring and analysis of process data to optimize performance and streamline maintenance. The system supports proactive planning of service tasks with the help of built-in analytics and diagnostics tools.

Via Ethernet and MQTT protocol, users can transfer and manage system data securely and efficiently. The integrated Kjellberg eService ensures high availability through remote diagnostics, system monitoring, and regular software updates.

Q-Series Models

Q 1500

The smallest model in the series, yet capable of high-precision plasma cutting up to 60 mm material thickness with a maximum cutting current of 150 A. Thanks to its modular design, the Q 1500 plus can be upgraded later to meet growing demands.

Q 3000 / Q 3000 plus

Combines top-tier cutting and marking performance up to 80 mm thickness with a maximum current of 300 A. Like all Q-Series models, the Q 3000 plus can also be upgraded for higher performance when needed.

Q 4500

The most powerful system in the Q-Series lineup. It provides exceptionally precise cutting and marking at the highest performance level with up to 450 A cutting current. Ideal for cutting materials up to 120 mm thick with maximum quality and process stability.
