Our KEMPER product range includes a comprehensive selection of ready-made structural elements, making it easy to design and implement even the most demanding layouts for welding and grinding environments. These structures can also be used to build enclosed, sealed, and sound-insulated cells with ceiling coverage.

We have delivered KEMPER modular cell structures to a wide variety of facilities. These “big boys’ building blocks” allow you to construct virtually any type of cell for welding, grinding, sound insulation, machine guarding, and many other purposes—easily and cost-effectively. All components used in these constructions are fire-safe, sturdy, and provide excellent sound insulation. The system also allows for an attractive appearance using curtains and windows in various colors, all with proper UV protection and fire classifications.

A key advantage is that these structures are fully modular—they can be disassembled and reassembled without issue, so you’re not locked into the original configuration.

With KEMPER extraction arms, hoods, and grinding tables, you can easily add all the infrastructure needed for welding operations. We can also supply a wide variety of automation options, such as sensor-activated lighting, extraction dampers, ventilation systems, and more.
