Central Extraction System – Maximum Performance for Multiple Workstations

Designed specifically for larger welding shops and training facilities, this high-performance central extraction unit ensures efficient fume removal from multiple workstations. It can also be connected to cutting systems when needed.

At the heart of this system is the KemTex® ePTFE membrane filter cartridge, which captures even the finest dust particles – down to less than 0.1 µm in size.

Thanks to its modular design, the system can be easily expanded as your facility or needs grow. Intelligent automatic power regulation ensures energy is only used when necessary, leading to significant energy savings over time.

Clean Air Without Interruptions

This device won’t interrupt your workflow. The filters are cleaned automatically using compressed air, so manual cleaning is minimized. You only need to empty the dust collection containers periodically. These containers are air-pressure locked, ensuring that dust and debris stay sealed in place – no leaks or mess during removal.

The system is also suitable for outdoor installation, offering additional flexibility in space planning.
