Kemper Mobile filter units

KEMPER mobile units are typically air filtration solutions for one or two workstations, designed for grinding and welding applications. They all feature a 2–4 meter long, flexible and positionable extraction arm, which removes fumes or dust directly from the work area. Depending on the model, the contaminated air is passed through different filter configurations and then recirculated back into the workspace as clean air.
When choosing the right unit, three key factors should be considered:
- Duty cycle – Will the device be used occasionally, part-time, or continuously?
- What is being filtered – Standard welding fumes, fumes from Cr-Ni based materials, grinding dust, vapors, or other emissions?
- How important is mobility – Could a single, locally installed device with two extraction arms serve two workstations?

KEMPER holds a W3 filter certification issued by a German research institute, confirming the suitability of their filters for Cr-Ni material fumes.
