AirWatch

AirWatch – More than just measurement
The true value of AirWatch isn’t just in measurement or the results themselves — it’s about transparency.
When the device monitors the air inside a factory, the data can be displayed in real-time, for example, on a screen in the break room. It can also show a comparison between current readings and those recorded over the weekend. This way, everyone gets a clear picture of the situation and can understand how air quality changes between an active workday and a quiet weekend.
At the same time, the actual performance and effectiveness of extraction and filtration systems can be demonstrated. For instance, you might agree to turn off the extraction units until the next coffee break. During this time, the AirWatch can track changes in particle levels in real time, and these values can then be compared to those recorded when the systems are fully operational.
At that point, it’s no longer a matter of guesswork or gut feeling, but measurable facts.
AirWatch takes samples from the airflow at regular intervals. It uses a laser to analyze the air inside, classifies the particles into three size groups, and reports the results in various time-based formats.

AirWatch as a Smart Controller
AirWatch can also be configured to control other Kemper devices. When air quality thresholds are exceeded, for example, only one unit may start up initially. If the situation continues to worsen, additional units are activated — fully automatically, without any need for manual intervention.
Likewise, as particle concentrations drop, unnecessary use of filtration units is minimized — AirWatch manages them intelligently.
Affordable and Efficient
AirWatch is very affordable and has almost no operating costs.
It is not provided for trial use, though a brief on-site demonstration (a few hours) is possible — just call us to find out more. Please note that its measurements can only be compared with previous readings from the same device. It is not tested or approved by health authorities, but it has been thoroughly tested and approved for its intended function — with German precision, naturally.
Visual Air Quality Indicator
AirWatch features an LED-lit indicator area that visually displays the current air quality in the facility:
Green = Good | Yellow = Moderate | Red = Poor
