AW- down-draft cutting table`s
Don’t underestimate the cutting table – It could save you thousands
Buying a cutting machine without a properly matched cutting table will cost you—a lot. Don’t make the mistake of underestimating the importance of the table in the overall system. After all, no one wants to work in a factory filled with smoke and dust—or pay the hidden costs that come with a poor extraction system.
If your cutting table’s extraction fan has a motor over 17 kW and no frequency control, it’s time to worry. You’re likely spending around €2,000 per year just on electricity for the fan. Take control of your energy consumption and air quality now by calling Antti at +358 400 771 211.
Our AW down-draft cutting tables are unmatched in performance

Thanks to a moving extraction carriage that follows the torch line, there’s always targeted suction directly under the cutting zone. This system ensures exceptional extraction power even with low motor power, setting us apart from the competition. When paired with our high-performance industrial fans, the ratio of vacuum pressure to extraction efficiency is simply remarkable.
We also offer cutting tables from our German partner KEMPER, a recognized leader in fume extraction.
We’ll deliver the right table – No smoke, no compromises
Our product range includes both small-scale and large-scale cutting tables, designed for plasma and oxy-fuel cutting.
- AW Block Extraction Tables (for small systems): These use fixed suction zones controlled by air-operated shut-off dampers, activated according to the cutting head’s position. Smoke and dust are drawn into dust trays, where the fume is redirected into the extraction duct.
- Our smallest machine, the Well Cut Pico PRT, is the only one that uses a block-based extraction system.
Block tables are cost-effective up to 2 meters wide and 4 meters long, or in heavy-duty oxy-fuel applications.
- AW Extraction Carriage Tables (for medium to large systems): In fume-intensive plasma cutting applications, these offer clear advantages in performance and operating costs.
Water tables – Still available on request
We also produce custom-built water tables, which were particularly popular in earlier years. Water level is quickly and precisely adjustable using air pressure. These are mainly used for underwater cutting of thick stainless steel, though plasma and oxy-fuel cutting of other materials is also possible.
In such cases, cutting is done with the water level touching or just below the plate, which absorbs some of the smoke but introduces steam and can leave watermarks on the cut edge.
These tables are subject to a specific occupational safety statement, and their construction must ensure proper drainage and cleaning.
