The height and positioning of these supports are adjusted either <strong>manually on a case-by-case basis<\/strong> or via <strong>pre-programmed automation<\/strong>. With end-grip machines, <strong>precise definition of the pipe diameter range<\/strong> is crucial. It is not feasible to cut both very small and very large pipes on the same machine without expensive special arrangements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Machines that <strong>rotate the pipe from underneath<\/strong> offer <strong>greater flexibility in terms of pipe diameter<\/strong>, and are <strong>less dependent on pipe length<\/strong>. The pipe can be shifted longitudinally during operation, making it possible, for example, to cut a 6-meter pipe using a 3-meter machine.
